I can’t recommend AFA enough! With a major Adelaide heatwave around the corner, I noticed my aircon wasn’t running optimally and was struggling to keep the house cool. I called AFA and they had a tech out the very next day to investigate. The technician was fantastic — really professional and took the time to explain the details of what they were doing. They diagnosed a faulty capacitor and a fried board. Initially, I was bracing for the dreadful news of a long wait for a Fujitsu warranty replacement while the temperature climbed, but AFA and Fujitsu coordinated perfectly. I got a call the very next morning saying they could head out and fix it immediately with a new board. To go from a struggling unit to having it back at 100% in just two days during the summer rush is incredible service. Huge thanks to the team for the quick turnaround, clear communication, and for saving us before the heat hit!
AFA Air have been brilliant to work with. After a less than great experience with another company looking for a quick win and total unit replacement, they came out to assess and diagnose the actual problem quickly and effectively. They were able to assist navigate through insurance paperwork and requirements, ordering parts and booking in the repair as quickly as possible. Communication was easy and effective. After being told we would need to replace our whole unit by the first company, to halving our costs with a straightforward repair, completely covered by our home insurance, we couldn’t be happier! The technician Phil was great in explaining what our problem was and respectful of our home and space when completing repairs. Thank you to the AFA Air team!
What a wonderful bunch of people they are down at AFA Air Conditioning! Sally in the office, who I dealt with from the get go was so helpful and accommodating. Especially when I had to move our appointment on the day it was due. Sorted it out for us, no problem. Her bright personality and wicked sense of humour shone through and made it all the more fun to deal with her. When it came to billing, it was emailed to us, and paid online. So very easy. And we were really happy with the fee. Our technician Adrian, was a treat. Very professional, on time, easy going, explained what had to be done and what he was doing to fix it, was in and out before we knew it. And may I add, quite handsome. AND he got along with our dog Ralph so easily. If you can win over Ralph, then you’re ok in our books. The whole experience from start to finish was just great. Thanks guys!
AFA installed a ducted reverse cycle system (Daikin) into our home and did an excellent job. It was a difficult install inside a very tight roof space but they were happy to take on the challenge. The whole process was very professional and the installers were on time, polite and left the house tidy afterwards. I would definitely recommend AFA.
The time your air con breaks down in the middle of a heatwave?? 😅 Its not nice but the team at AFA AIR were there with us every step of the way 😊 — our system was checked very quickly, the admin team assisted us and the technicians who attended were great, we are now relaxed in our cool home! You don’t realize how much you need air conditioning until you don’t have it.

AFA air is a great company. We had quite a complex airconditioning system installed in our new home; a combination between split systems and ducted. Staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The costs were very reasonable but above all the work was top quality.
I could not fault this business. Professional and lovely team, excellent product and such reasonable prices when I compared to competitors. Their install team were incredibly tidy too. I would highly recommend this company.
